Tam is a fully digital banking service in Kuwait, developed by Kuwait Finance House, that operates entirely through a mobile app without physical branches. It allows users to open an account quickly, access a virtual card, manage spending, and perform everyday banking tasks like transfers and payments directly from their phone. Designed with a modern, app-first approach, tam focuses on simplicity, speed, and a user experience tailored especially to younger, tech-savvy customers.

Strategy

At Philosophy Brand & Marketing Consultancy, we built the Tam brand end to end, starting from strategic foundations through to full execution. This included developing the name, defining the brand positioning, personality, and tone of voice, and translating that into a distinct visual identity system covering logo design, typography, color palette, and graphic language. We then extended the identity across all key touchpoints, from digital interfaces and social presence to corporate materials, environmental signage, and merchandising. The process concluded with a comprehensive set of brand guidelines that ensure consistency, scalability, and clarity in how Tam is expressed across every platform and application.
