Meet Our Founder Riham AlAyyar.

Riham Al Ayyar has secured a prominent position over the past two decades in the local and Arab markets due to her continuous support and extensive experience in launching brands for large and medium-sized companies. She has also made valuable contributions to entrepreneurs through  Association of Small and Medium Enterprise of Kuwait. As a result of her efforts, she was selected by Arabian Business magazine as one of the top 100 inspiring and influential women in the Gulf region and one of the top 50 most influential executive directors in the Middle East and North Africa. Additionally, Riham is considered one of the most influential executive directors in the fields of communications and branding.

    Managing Direct

    With over two decades of experience across telecom, FMCG, financial services, and retail, Mobeenah works closely with brands to bring clarity, structure, and direction to their marketing. She believes effective marketing starts with the right decisions, not just execution. Her approach focuses on simplifying complexity and aligning marketing with real business goals. Outside work, she enjoys cooking as a creative and grounding outlet, and loves crime and medical series for their problem-solving and layered storytelling.

  • Momen Ayad

    CREATIVE DIRECTOR

    A graduate of the Art and Design Academy in Egypt, he started at Tarek Nour and DDP, earning recognition at MENA Cristal and Dubai Lynx. Momen sees creativity as his way of expressing and connecting ideas. With experience across Egypt, Kuwait, and Europe.

    ACCOUNT MANAGER

    Focused on organic growth, Mohammad turns insights into real social media impact. He grew a client’s account with zero spend in one week, reaching 2.5K followers and 250K views, driven by constant testing and a sharp, disciplined approach

Self-taught in Photoshop and video editing, he has successfully transformed low-engagement accounts into high-performing content. He lives by: “Love what you do so you can do what you love.” Outside work, he enjoys off-roading, rescue team work, cars, and mechanics.

    A Kuwait University Mass Communication graduate with a minor in English Translation, she refined storytelling at Afaq Newspaper. Guided by creativity, empathy, and impact, she loves dreamy photography, capturing emotions through her perspective, as well as poetry, creative writing, crochet, and roller skating, drawn to activities that feel free, expressive, and active.
