Mobeenah has over 15 years of experience in Kuwait, in the field of Marketing Communication with expertise
in strategy & planning, budget control & Project Management. Her previous experience includes 5 years at Ooredoo telecom where she in charge of Increasing quality and efficiency through a clear focus on driving campaign volume and yield. One of her major projects was as Program Manager for rebranding Wataniya to Ooredoo, leading a team of 60 cross-functional members.

Mobeenah was also at ABYAT megastore, where her role placed her in the driving seat of planning & implementation of all communication at ABYAT. During her 5 years tenure at Gulf Bank, she managed the media buying and marketing budgets. Mobeenah has an MBA in Marketing from IGNOU, India and is CIM Certified in Marketing Level 3.

Ahmed has more than 12 years of experience. He has gratuated in Visual Communication – Art & Design from
one of the top universities, UAL. A highly motivated team player, Ahmed’s experience covers all aspects of
marketing including planning, advertising, promotion, PR, production development, distribution, sponsorship,
and research. His previous experiences include Booking.com UK, Global Investment House, Gulf Insurance
Group and Central Bank of Kuwait.

Ahmad brings with him more than 15 years of Creative experience. A strong believer in the fact that creation is the right way to inspire others, Ahmad has worked on International brands like Hyundai, Pizza Hut, Crown Plaza, etc. as well as local brands like Morad Yousef Behbehani, Auti 1, AUB, etc, In addition to his amazing creative skills, Ahmad has a passion for Arabic copy-writing and developing Social Media Campaigns.
He is also one of the founders of El Mahrosa Theatre group where he expresses his creativity in Art Direction, directing, acting and choreography. His previous experience includes Senior positions at Totals Marketing, Dot Space Group, Pride Media, FCB amongst others. Ahmad has a Bachelors Degree in Applied Arts from Cairo and a Graphic Designing Diploma from the Russian Culture Center, Egypt.

Yousef Oun, studied TV Directing at the higher institute of dramatic arts. He is truly an artist with a deep passion for classical music. He has been working in the videography industry for over 3 years. For him art is his way to express himself. His thoughts help him travel to faraway places and he always draws them out as drawing is his favorite hobby. His personality is revealed through his short videos and he pursues his dream with Philosophy as Videographer and Editor.

Tawfiq has more than 9 years of experience as a marketing expert with huge passion for social media, photography, advertising and technology. His experience spans from digital marketing, promotion to communication planning.
His previous experience includes Pencilvent where he managed accounts for Lincoln Alghanim and Cubical as well as Khaneen, Hatay Sofrasi, Emirgan Sutis, Dilmah and Haagen Dazs.

Over 10 years of experience in the field of marketing communication & events with a huge passion for handling events and photography. Has an experience from celebrity management, Events to retail marketing. As an Mba in marketing he started out working 2 years with Cineyug Mumbai where he managed celebrities by getting them events & advertising as well as working on events done by the company. He acted as a liaison between the celebrities and their clients.

Abdelrahman Mahmoud has 7 years of experience as a Motion Designer Artist even though his degree was originally in geology but he chose to focus on graphics and motion professionally. He specializes in vectorbased illustration and 2D & 3D animation, he is also a skilled 3D modeler and animator. Abdelrahman has vast knowledge within the Kuwait market as he has worked with big companies such as: Al Kout, Al Anba’a, Volkswagen, Trackoo, Miniso, Al Mulla, Chiquita, Al Yasra, Fantasy World, KFH, Lumiere, On Time, Suzuki and others. He is eager to expand his knowledge and improve his skills and qualities on a regular basis. At Philosophy, he creates digital magic.

Alasbahi pursued his studies in the United States. After entering the Engineering Department and completing two courses, he found his passion lies in Marketing and Business. He immediately changed his major to pursue his passion. In his leisure time, his love for music helped him to learn how to play the electric bass guitar. He learned, created a band and played live in many events. Being a believer in what Warren Buffet said, “the more you learn the more you will earn,” Ahmad is always eager to learn and get better. He challenged himself and acquired skills in music production, video editing and Photoshop and is constantly pushing himself to learn new things and accomplish new things within his field. At Philosophy, he manages Social media for various clients.

Ali was always a creative from a young age and he always was eager to learn. At age 4, Ali learned how to play the piano. His eagerness didn’t stop there as he made his way into the graphic world and learned photoshop at age 11. When he grew older and went to university, he took up Molecular Biology but realized that he wasn’t being true to his passion. He moved onto studying Visual Communication and is now capable and excels in his work of graphic design, animation, web design and 3D animation. At Philosophy, he works as a Graphic Designer.
