Over the past two decades, Riham Al Ayyar’s outstanding contribution to branding and identity in Kuwait has galvanized her position as one of the most respected voices in the field. Her expertise and understanding of what works & what is possible has been key to her continued success, and is the driving force behind the fortunes of brands of all size big and small, local and global.

Mobeenah has over 15 years of experiencein Kuwait, in the field of Marketing Communication with expertise in strategy& planning, budget control & Project Management.

Her previous experience includes 5 yearsat Ooredoo telecom where she in charge of Increasing quality and efficiencythrough a clear focus on driving campaign volume and yield. One of her majorprojects was as Program Manager for rebranding Wataniya to Ooredoo, leading ateam of 60 cross-functional members.

Mobeenah was also at ABYAT megastore,where her role placed her in the driving seat of planning & implementationof all communication at ABYAT. During her 5 years tenure at Gulf Bank, shemanaged the media buying and marketing budgets. Mobeenah has an MBA inMarketing from IGNOU, India and is CIM Certified in Marketing Level 3.

Ahmed has more than 12 years of experience. He has graduated in Visual Communication - Art & Design from one of the top universities, UAL. A highly motivated team player, Ahmed’s experience covers all aspects of marketing including planning, advertising, promotion, PR, production development, distribution, sponsorship, and research. His previous experiences include Booking.com UK, Global Investment House, GulfInsurance Group and Central Bank of Kuwait.

Salma Tayea has ten years of experience as a Communication and Fundraising Consultant specialized in development and humanitarian communication.

She invested a lot of hours into big companies and committees such as: US State Department - Middle East PartnershipInitiative, U.S. Embassy in Kuwait, United Nations High Commissioner forRefugees (UNHCR), International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

Delving into these different scopes of work helped her in the past to elevate her way to major clients and projects such as: Communication Consultant - The Delegation of the European Union inKuwait/Content Developer - Philosophy 360 - KFH Capital Fundraising Consultant- Kuwait Society for the Handicapped/Fundraising and Media Consultant - Fawzia Sultan Healthcare Network/ Communication/Fundraising, Richter / Bader Al Essa Communication - COFE APP. Her current clients/projects include: Bader Al Essa -Guinness World Record Sundus Al-Bader - Razza Blog Fayoum Art Center/Dawood Marafie. Salma currently works at Philosophy as a PR Strategist.

With 10 years of experience in graphics, Momen Ayad’s skills are quite impressive. Having graduated from the Art andDesign Academy in Egypt has helped him develop his passion and excel in his field of work. He went on to work at many prestigious agencies such as ImpactBBDO, Dentsu Inc., Ogilvy and many others and took on clients such as: Viva,Bank Audi, Ooredoo, Infiniti, Emaar, Alghanim, New Mowasat Hospital, Ferrero Rocher, etc.. It’s safe to say, he can do it all. When you see him quiet and, in his zone, know that he is creating something beyond what you could have imagined. His work speaks for itself and we couldn’t be prouder to have him as our Senior art Director here at Philosophy.

Being the creative that he is, Omran moved on from studying at the Faculty of Commerce to proceed with his passion of working in field of Art. He started working in 2007 in Egypt as a Senior Graphic Designer for Memark and DDB Egypt. He then moved to Kuwait and continued in this field and expanded his knowledge to become an Art Director atPiston Agency, and Promix. His clients throughout these years included: Persil,Dove, Al Tijari Bank, Commercial Bank of Kuwait, Marli, and Boucheron. He now works at Philosophy as an Art Director and his hobbies include, fishing, reading, hiking, and photography of nature.

Mohammad Ismail graduated from Al-Zaytoona University, Jordan, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design. Even though he is quite young, he had cooperated with multiple advertising agencies and production companies. Mohammad is inspired by the art of video games and derives many of his design inspiration from them. He enjoys boxing in his spare time.

Justin Thomas graduated from the University of Mahatma Gandhi, India, with Specialization in CharacterAnimation. Philosophy is a multicultural working environment composed of a family from different countries and backgrounds. Justin is our newest member, with a career spanning over 16 years and a creative mind, he brings a lot of experience and wisdom to the table.

Reiad Yehia is a computer science graduate from Tina American Academy who possesses a deep passion for media and production. Alongside his formal education, he pursued studies in media and production, earning certifications from Adobe. With his expertise, Reiad ventured into color grading, showcasing his skills in 40 Khaleeji Drama TV shows. His love for photography and the arts extends beyond his professional endeavors, as he finds joy in capturing moments and exploring various artistic expressions. Additionally, Reiad holds a keen interest in martial arts, further exemplifying his diverse range of passions and dedication to personal growth.

Ali was always a creative from a young age and he always was eager to learn. At age 4, Ali learned how to play the piano. His eagerness didn’t stop there as he made his way into the graphic world and learned photoshop at age 11. When he grew older and went to university, he took up Molecular Biology but realized that he wasn’t being true to his passion. He moved onto studying Visual Communication and is now capable and excels in his work of graphic design, animation, web design and 3D animation. At Philosophy, he works as a Graphic Designer.

Osama Ghaffari is a graphic designer whois passionate about his work. He’s had many working experiences throughout his career from which he acquired his skills. With a creative mind, he is able to create his designs and to express himself through them. He likes to spend his free time swimming and playing video games.

Leen Bitar is a self-driven person with a boundless imagination to create unique designs. From a young age, she grew her passion of drawing and designing leading her to obtain a background in Graphic Design from Beirut Arab University with honors. She is skilled in editorial design, logo design, and user interface design using a variety of programs including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro. She strives to grow her career as a designer with one small piece at a time.

Jassim AlAshwak is a fresh graduate from GUST, majoring in Visual Communications. With a passion for what he does, he excels in graphic design and illustration. Gaming, music, and hiking are among his diverse interests, fueling his creativity and providing inspiration. Jassim's ambition drives him to make a mark in the field of Visual Communications, where he aims to contribute his skills and creativity. He is ready to embark on a professional journey, eager to leave a lasting impact through his artistic endeavors.

Shoug Alessa is someone who has always been passionate about words and has found their effect to be interesting and powerful. As she was going through her journey of figuring out what type of books she likes to read, she was motivated to get into writing, focusing on existence and awareness, and has written short stories, poetry, and has participated performing spoken word poetry. Fast forward, life showed her that she can balance between the creativity of words and the technicality of an engineering background, whereas both have given her the ability to see things from a third angle and realize that limitations are only in the person’s mind, and anything is possible.

Over 8 years of experience in the field of marketing communication & events with a huge passion for handling events and photography. He has experience ranging in celebrity management, events to retail marketing.

As an MBA in marketing he started outworking 2 years with Cineyug Mumbai where he managed celebrities by getting them events & advertising as well as working on events done by the company. He acted as a liaison between the celebrities and their clients.

Fahad AlSahli is a person with limitless passion for creativity, knowledge, and entertainment. He graduated with a degree in Political Science which led him to explore different fields including New York Film Academy acting camp, LAPA film camp, KAUNA internship, HIIQ logistics, and independent freelancing in Video and Editing. Through the variety of creative experiences, Fahad made use of his deep enthusiasm for writing to find copywriting to be the outlet to channel his knowledge and generate great concepts to explore.

Moiez Parkar is a postgraduate diploma in Events, Media, and Advertising. His work experience varies from marketing & events to social media specialization. With his extensive knowledge, he has used his creative abilities to generate unique ideas and has taken initiative in contributing to the success of each situation and institution in which he finds himself in.

Rashed AlSulaiman is an International Relations graduate from the American University of Kuwait with 7 years of experience in photography focused on portraying stories through still images.With a background working with NGOs, Rashed combined his love for photography and storytelling to spread awareness for migrant worker’s rights within the Middle East. Beyond the scopes of education and work, Rashed enjoys listening to music, the word play of poetry, and the adventures of gaming. He is a creative with a high attention to detail and a never-ending strive to improve.
